Shipping Policy

CaliBlendz ships all orders through USPS or UPS, anywhere in the United States where hemp CBD is legal. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

What shipping methods does CaliBlendz offer?

CaliBlendz offers shipping through USPS or UPS, for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

Is CaliBlendz able to ship to all 50 states?

CaliBlendz can ship to any continental state where hemp CBD is also legal.

Can CaliBlendz ship outside of the United States?

CaliBlendz can ship to all U.S. territories using, which takes 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $100. We do not ship internationally to all countries.

Can CaliBlendz ship to military bases?

CaliBlendz can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS, which takes 1 to 5 business days for delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at hello@californiablendz.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using USPS or UPS’ tracking site to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through USPS or UPS.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

USPS and UPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays. They do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

When will CaliBlendz ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM PST go out on the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my CaliBlendz order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can email our customer service at hello@californiablendz to start a USPS or UPS tracking.
