For total orders under 1 oz:
For orders totaling under 1 oz in weight CaliBlendz offers a 15-day money-back guarantee if you return at least 90% by weight of the total order in relatively good condition. No questions asked – simple as that. We’ll even send you the return label.
For total orders 1 oz or over:
CaliBlendz highly recommends that you sample the product before making purchase orders for 1 oz or over. Due to our inventory model and health precautions, we won’t be able to accept returns or make refunds for any part or all of an order that totaled 1 oz or over.
How much time do I have to make a return claim?
You have 15 days from your purchase date to make a return if summed up under 1 oz. CaliBlendz offers these orders a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
How do I return my under 1 oz CaliBlendz order?
Simply contact our customer service at hello@californiablendz.com. Returns can be mailed or sent from any USPS or UPS shipping location.
Can I request a refund?
If your total order is under 1 oz, yes, you can request a refund within 15 days of your purchase date if you return at least 90% by weight of the products we sent to you. For these orders, you can receive a refund if you’re not 100% completely satisfied with all CaliBlendz products.
Where can I take my CaliBlendz order to be returned?
If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your CaliBlendz order to your nearest USPS or UPS shipping location. If you purchased a CaliBlendz product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.
Can any quantities be returned?
No. Due to restocking and health safety control, we won’t be able to accept return of any part or all of orders that totaled 1 oz or more.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Depending on your bank or credit union, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.
How is my refund issued back?
Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
